Immediately I've realised a great thing about writing in a blog. I need not remember the date as I'm pretty sure (well at least I hope!) that the date will automatically come up as I click the 'publish post' button.
You (whoever you are) might be thinking I've got some wonderous musing to contribute today, but really I thought I'd just welcome myself since nobody else is here!
Let's see how long this lasts...
